Hey, I just had a realization, the bears come down when it's hot and dry and go through the trash...
just like the journalists on a slow news day!

I think part of the reason for the story is to keep the bears safe. People are suppose to keep their garbage under lock and key. If they did that the bears would not be in the area. Any bear/people incident is going end up with the bear dead.
