I love, "away from the mountains or to the mountains."
Now I have that in NYC as "Uptown, downtown", never north or south, but you do have "East side or Westside". NOT
Eastside and West side."

Makes me think about when I was getting my new car and the sales guy was trying to talk me into 4-wheel drive for the driving in the snow.
I told him I didn't need it. That I grew up in Colorado when 4-wheel drive was for 4-wheelin' in the Mountains. Not for sissies who can't drive in the snow.

Oh, and I was wearing my jeans and flip flops. It was October and the next day it was suppose to snow.
