While I agree that it is a good idea for this guy to not be governor of Illinois, I think such punishment is not going to stop him from continuing his evil ways. What he needs is something akin to The Scarlet Letter... say being forced to shave his head everyday for the rest of his life so that no one, himself included, would ever forget his transgressions.

That would make an impression on vanity boy, wouldn't it?
