First, Sorry about the change in comment forms- there was an issue with the old system that was preventing comments from working properly this morning, so I've switched to a better system.
Second, to Anonymous who first posted the names, and then posted the sorry excuse for doing it-
Perhaps that mother is just mad that yet another (many others to be clear) child has been victimized and the courts are handing out vacations rather than justice. I've talked to hundreds of people who have been failed by the justice system just as Aaron Nichols victims are being now- yet, I'm not allowing their names to be published without their consent. You've over stepped the lines in a FAILED attempt to take focus off of the true predator in this case, and point it towards someone who had nothing to do with the post at all.
But I'm willing to overlook that, because your efforts to distract everyone from the true issue will be fruitless, and the attention this case is just going to continue to grow until justice is served. You're a drop of water in the ocean, and about to be lost in a wave of anger over this case.
AMEN!
Lets see if the Nichols have the power they think they have now! They have suceeded in getting many, many, other threads deleted in the Kokomo Trib Talk.........will they be able to get rid of this site as well?

Thanks for caring more about kids safety and not allowing this family to intimidate you. Kokomo Tribune once again bowed to the Nichols wishes and deleted all the thread about this molester over the weekend.

Oddly, I haven't heard anything from the family- although given the situation, I'd imagined that I would have by now. Not that it matters, I grew out of being 'fraid of monsters under the bed years ago. :D

With parts of the transcripts posted on that site, it stated clearly that Aaron's dad told him not to speak of "others". Only the ones who were in the 2004 report. To me that says: there are others out there...or am I missing something here?
Also, why didn't the dad tell the other parents that they could be in harm's way?
Sadly, if either of these comments get posted on the kt forum, the whole thread will go "poof".
Am I getting this right? A prosecutor in Tipton knew about this for over a year and didn't do anything about it? Why hasn't he been disciplined?
The dad knew and told the son not to tell about the others? Why no charges against the dad too?
Someone who has confessed to molesting children may get no time because his family had the money to hire some expensive lawyers?
The prosecutor in Hamilton County has agreed to this plea bargain? Isn't she supposed to be FOR the victims?
How can this be?
