It pisses me off that school district had this sex abuser in the Beaufort County School system for over 18 years. The 10 victim was violated 17 years ago. Why is the wife of Phillip Underwood Sheppard still working for the school district? She was apart of the problem of hiding her husbands abuse of children from fellow employees for years.
