I'm thinking you're right on this Pete. The thing is how evasive Webb has been from the begin about the gun. If it wasn't his... wouldn't he have just said so?
Nope the whole thing smacks of a good Marine taking the fall for something he didn't do. I hate that.
The gun is Webb's. He is a dirty screw letting his aid take the fall. Webb has committed three felonies. His in possession of a unregistered firearm, he has the ammunition, and the weapon was concealed with out a permit, Virginia permit does not count. You just know that he will get off. Guh.
