This mirrors my experience since September, when I subscribed. USIW has not been able to solve my issue. I'm on my third ruckus and there's been no improvement. I also theorize that the issue lies with the nearest radio antennae and that USIW is unwilling, or unable, to perform the required maintenance at this time.
I would be very, very interested in seeing overall customer satisfaction data to date. The city should have access to this information.
