I tried the service and it was poor. USIW has pleasant tech support; however being nice on the pone did not get my service working. I believe there are technical problems with the network as I am 50 feet from the pole with the antenna on it. I am shocked that there are not more service tickets. Possibly it is only my neighborhood. I am giving up trying to get it working. I will see if I the refund offer works.

Not trying to be an uber-complainer, just weighing in that the service did not work for me. Too bad as the price is great.

Thanks for the information. I was curious as to how this was going.

I would definitely be interested in signing up once the network matures a bit, but it seems to unstable for now. Plus I never saw a signal while I was living in NE, are they broadcasting?
