We're all in the learning game.
I have toned down the 'hysterical' stealthisbrand post you're referring to.
I understand the need for substantive evidence to persuade the naysayers.
But I stick by my point.
When I opened the survey in my inbox, I was just appalled.
You have to set the context for these interactions, and the non conversational nature of the approach; the in ability to comment of specific questions rather than answer them, the pre-loaded assumptions made it very unpalatable.
I am surprised there has not been wider kick-back yet.
I'll post something more substantive in due course at STB.
