Hmmm a good idea.. something MS should take on board.. I always find that being the SP admin I'm getting requests to sites all the time, and I have no idea if the person shoudl of should have access.. So a desciption in there would be good, also if their manager was pulled from AD, so I know who to contact..
Is there no simplier way to customise the email that gets sent ?? All I want to do is add some graphics to it.

I agree. It was interesting that MS didn't make this a feature.
To answer your question: not really an easier way. Unfortunately since the code is compiled in the Microsoft.SharePoint.ApplicationPages.dll, you are pretty much forced to rework that DLL to your liking.

Great idea...
Question though...how do i do this manually? As in...not create the modifications to the form, but how to give users access?
I'm playing with a MOSS2007 server and i'm getting the access denied error, but i've got no idea how to over come it.
I'd really appreciate your expert help :D
