Your best Valentine's present ever? Hubby buying real estate in the South!
My best ever? Getting flowers or chocolates when it's NOT Valentine's, just because hubby was thinking of me and wanted me to know it. Failing that, a shopping spree in the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, lol.

The best gift I could get: A Valentine that didn't come from my mother. I love and appreciate Mom's gifts, always, but I wouldn't mind having a little romance in my life, either.
Hmmm... Maybe he's planning a little romantic get-away.
But then that comes from my wishful thinking. I just would love some time off from family life. I've really been feeling the drain lately when it comes to kids and marriage, partly fueled by doubt. The best Valentine's present I could get right now would just be some time off with or without hubby. I would enjoy it either way.
Happy Valentine's Day. Our husband's must know each other. I had to tell my husband that I got something for him, so he would know not to come home empty handed, the knucklehead. Last year I got a box of Godiva chocolates, the day AFTER Valentine's day!

First, let me wish you a very happy St. Valentine's Day because you bring so much love into so many lives! As to what Hubby ought to give you, I'd say a weekend away, somewhere sunny. The best gift a special someone could give me for Valentine's would simply be their love, nothing more.

MY best present-- A commitment from boyfriend. HA HA HA HA Jewelry. Costume or Diamond. I don't care.

Last year my valentine went to the beach, drew a big beautiful heart in the sand with "I love you Suzanne" in the middle. Then he took a black and white foto of it, and gave it to me in a beautiful frame! I loved it.

2. packed in a overnight bag as your husband whisks you away to the beach for the weekend,
3. where he's prepared trays & trays of chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, and rose petals covering the room.
4. Then he proudly presents the new Harry Potter book, which he has gotten months early due to his bigwig connections.

The best gift my husband could give me would be a new kitchen. I am so very practical -- this year we got a treadmill (good for the heart ya know).
