You're third floor sounds beautiful and like something I would absolutely love. What a fabulous idea with the buckets. We've just created a "fort" area for the boys and I am going to employ that idea. Bedrooms? Maybe, just maybe. At certain times of the month any way :D .
I had fun posting comments on all the pics, kind of got my Poppy commenting in for the last month 
and I especially enjoyed seeing them. I've been here everyday (that I'm on the computer anyway) hoping for you to come back. Hey Pink! Son 1 LOVES Math, Science, History and Greek/Latin Roots. I don't know what career that adds up to--but he wants to be a marine biologist. We'll see. I just hope he keeps enjoying school....
I'll have to go upstairs and take some pics of the third floor. I could wait until the chair rail is up, but who knows when THAT will be! The buckets work GREAT! I had thought that I would hang them from the ceiling (the ceiling is really low in there), but I'm thinking I may just keep them on the bottom shelf of the wicker bookshelf that's in there right now. That keeps them accessible AND out of the way.
And, yes, at some point I need to upgrade to another blog service. It just hasn't been a top priority lately. 
Blogger is great for a free service, but reliable? NOT!

I am one of those freaks who, um, liked science projects. Not my own, no no, heavens no; I liked my kids' science projects.
I think my favorite was when my son carved those huge sticks of chalk into faces, and sprayed vinegar on them twice a day, to show the effects of pollution. Why did I love that project? I have no idea. I just did. Maybe it was the sweet smiley faces he carved into the chalk.
Congrats - you are Muzik's mystery site today! How cool that you are a mystery shopper as well - I have always wondered about that kind of stuff!

Oh wow!!! Goodness me. We both have been sort of in MIA although you have been away longer than I have. I sure missed you and look at this, not surprised at all, a lot of the other poppies missed you, too!
Your "off time" involved a lot of fun and exciting activities....science fair to the hilt for your boy, shopping spree that actually earns you a lot of dosh and freebies, and your renovations almost accomplished....! Great job, Pink Poppy!
