It's sad that people feel the need to steal other people's works and effort and try to pass them off as their own. Sad and pathetic.

Don't give Up! I have had to deal with this issue more then once in fact a few times. This is what I do I send them a (DMCA) Digital Millenium Copyright Act Comment on their site or e-mail and give them 12 hours to remove the copyrighted material and if it is still there I do a whois search for their hosting company and inform them there is a violation on one of their servers. You can find which server on the who is. When the hosting company is notified they have to shut the site down or they become part of the violation. It works I have had emails pleading me to tell their hosting company the issue is resolved so their site is put back on line. Don't let the bad ones win hang in there and don't quit!

I did send the Link farm Blog a comment to correct the author's name. They held my comment in moderation until their post was removed a week later.

The bitter pill of this issue is finding the extra time to deal with the Digital Desperadoes. Invariably, unnecessary investigations and writing letters to several different companies steals the time from family, work, and blog writing.

My hasty decision was one way to restore my balance of time and reduce the stress over this issue. Thanks to the encouragement and support of my Blogging Buddies, I have started to blog again!
