Awwwww. My husband grew up in a family where Father's Day (and even Mother's Day!) was not observed. He always seems pleased when we give him his presents though

What a lovely tribute to fatherhood.
Also, I find Dylan's note quite funny.

Ahh a mention in the blog. Always good. But a note from the clan on Fathers day. Even Better. Thanks for the Cards. Only one more week and we shall share the same roof once more. Love you all.

Ooh, blub blub.... A lovely post. How lucky you are, you and your children, to have good and loving fathers. It's not as common as you might think.

Happy fathers day to you all. The daddy in this house has been taken swimming by his off spring. I am grateful that he is here. More grateful than other years. Two of Elenya's school friends have lost their fathers this year. one on wednesday. They are 13.

Awww. I am sniffling here. TTA sounds like a wonderful papa. And so does your father. Son#2 is meeting us in 20 minutes for Father's Day lunch. Son#1 called at 7:30 and his wonderful wife at 8:30. The Professor is smiling.

So sweet. The children's letters made me a little teary. It's so hard to be away from Dad.
I love the picture of your Technical Advisor with the napkin over his face!!
Very soon, now, you'll be reunited right!! That will be so lovely!

Oh - I hope the move means you will be together next year! My dad died in March, so this year was poignant for us too!

So much love and sweetness (and a bit of bittersweet, but nonetheless quite lovely) in this blog entry . . . all rounded out by the comment from The Technical Advisor. I hope the future allows you more Fathers' Days when all the clan is under one roof.
