I used to use Blogger's stuff for comments. I had a total nut of an Anonymous commentor saying that I was a bloodthirsty hate monger. I lost those comments when I switched to haloscan.

I felt compelled to blog that an alternative viewpoint was not always hate. That by even caring for what happens to someone shows love, even if it isn't always percieved as such.

For example: (properly) punishing your children is loving them. They surely don't enjoy it but the punishment does serve to better them.
