Another idiot dead, another idiot's family saying he wasn't an idiot. They need to sue! So we can get just ONE judge to tell 'em they're idiots, too!

Because someone is intoxicated in a public place makes them a threat to society? No. The person in question is to blame for their actions against others, not because of their substance abuse(if in deed we are referring to morals). You really don't question the cops' motives for tazering him for what you said was 8 to a ridiculous 14 times? Who's to say what his reason was for being combative. But this is of no importance to you. Do you really just not question what was corrupt in this situation because of your own fear or hatred? I hope to your conservative god that you don't have kids.
