Posthegemonic Comments

Gravatar Crap, I'm late to the party. Can I join in?

Gravatar Ken, of course you can.

Gravatar FYI: I'll scan the remaining chapter tomorrow ("Subaltern Studies") and put it online. When I finally get it up sometime in the afternoon, the URL will be

http://www.theoria.ca/theoria/ fi...ternStudies.pdf

I won't be able to put up a copy of the chapter from CPR unless I can find a moderately affordable copy in the bookstore -- the only copy I have access to is on long-term loan!

Gravatar Jon, I will try to make Thurs but it is possible that I will have to post on Friday because I am traveling during the Easter holiday.

Gravatar Craig, again I say good man!

Jodi, no problem.

Gravatar Saturday is good for me.

Gravatar I too would like to jump in at some point.

Jon -- don't we know each other from a certain university in a southern state? There aren't too many people who would call their blog "posthegemony" who also spell their first name "Jon."

Gravatar Deep, no problem. In fact, I had been half thinking of dropping you a line to encourage you to take part.

And, yup, we do.

Gravatar Jon - the "Subaltern Studies" file can be added to your list of links now.

Gravatar Excellent. Again, many thanks.

Gravatar Dear Jon. Sepoy is not only a commentator at Amardeep's but has his own blog devoted to all things empire and south asian history. And he may even participate in your spivakathon.

Gravatar sepoy, thanks for this. Changes made. I do hope you join in.

Gravatar This sounds like a great idea; I might be in Dallas for some of the period (with limited internet access) but eagerly await the exchanges...
