I was on the way back to Kamuning from a wedding in Manila. I basically experienced Earth Hour stuck in traffic. In fairness I was looking at establishments on the way to QC. Some observed Earth Hour, others didn't even know or didn't seem to care.
But when I got back to my QC apartment I found that the guards had switched off all the hallway lights. I never expected the guards to be so pro-Earth. :P
At least the guards know what's going on. Maybe other people chose not to observe Earth Hour. I heard that on an engineer's point of view, Earth hour would be a disaster to power plants. But, let's just hope that Earth hour isn't limited to just once a year. :D
