I was walking by an insane asylum and there were big wooden fences surrounding the asylum. As I walked by, some of the patients were outside in the front yard playing. I could hear them chanting
"13! 13! 13! 13!"
There was a little hole in the fence where you could peek in and see inside so out of curiosity i went over and took a look. Someone poked me in the eye through the hole with a stick. As i stumbled away in pain i heard
"14! 14! 14! 14!"

Completely on topic, current research indicates that if you're going to be a complete bum, doing so in a nice condo really, really close to the beach, sucks much, much less than other potential alternatives.
