I'm a retired sea captain writing a novel that offers a logical explanation for why the scorpion sank.

I have no one in my area that can read my work and make educated comments. Are you interested in looking over the chapters on the scorpion and ripping them apart for me?

You need to promise to keep what you read off the web until the book comes out next year.

Hi, I just read Captain Dave Williams' request for someone to review his book before it is published (dated 5-15-07) and I realize that it is a year later but I'd be interested in two things. First, as a submariner and having served during both the USS Thresher and USS Scorpion losses I have a great interest in anything that sheds new light on either of both of these disasters. And second, working in the media world as a Public Affairs officer, I believe I can offer the expertise required to critique the book.

I'm assuming that it hasn't been publiched since I haven't seen it on the bookshelves.
