that list kind of doesn't show hoisting prisoners up by their wrists while they are cuffed in back, until their arms in their shoulder sockets are dislocated and they die, or the savage beatings to death or the nature of just diasappearing people and ghosting them invisable from the International Red Cross.
That must surely have quite an effect on the old psyche even upon those that expect the itemized treatments so carefully delineated on that fine list.
In the political climate this country is in, perjury is NOT a sin, nor is it illegal. If it were, Congress would surely have done something by now.
