Andersen mentioned this in December 05. Meanwhile, the idea has been turned down by those Norwegian authorities which actually would have to approve it, according to my information. You may want to check into this more in detail.

Good idea this bourse thing. But I would not choose Switzerland. Norway is a real good place to start with. It's the only western european country that has plenty of the resource left. I think Norway got it's idea from Iran. The Iranian bourse is expected to open march 20th 2006. Will the US bomb it?

Make a EURO-BOURSE in neutral Switzerland
and invite Russia and China to join the EU there!
Start with Oil and add Coal, Gas, etc. over time.
Use the Nordpool power bourse as a model.
That will put a dent in the AAA* power base.

No. The job will be done by the British. Tony Blair will be sending the troops on norwegian drilling platforms. Maybe the anglo pirates should do like they did in Ireland and Scotland. What a shame that we are not in the Middle Ages.

What a great idea! Norway is logical. All oil producers should do, and will de doing the same thing. The rest of the world has been abused by the USA, by this evil empire long enough. The US dollar will meet it's Waterloo very soon. It's about time that Europe wakes up and sess the light. Europe should get rid of Great Britain. Tony Blair as Margaret Thacther, have done everything to destroy the Euro as reserve currency.

This decision will be followed by Russia and most of the Middle East producers. The US dollar day's as sole reserve currency is counted. And the US will never again benefit from free money and illimited credit creation paid by the other countries.
