Nice to see hemp getting the attention it deserves. Those of us in the sports and fitness world have been big on hemp foods for a while now, due to the great vegan protein content, fiber, and those heart-healthy fatty acids. But it's a great point you make about the brain health effects, which actually is also very relevant to anyone doing sports ironically! |

They can be particularly valuable to veggies / vegans looking for a complete protein source -- that's right -- there is no need to eat meat if you eat hemp. |
