Thanks for sharing this useful information about the health benefits of cinnamon.

I did not realize that it was so beneficial and I didn't know that it's effectiveness is not as powerful if you keep the same bottle of ground cinnamon over a long period of time.

The article was very educational.

I do agree with u about the astonishing benefits of cinnamon, i have had serious problem in the past concentrating and remembering simple everyday things, now with the use of this precious plant, i feel like i have greater control of my concentration


I woke up this mourning had my protein shake 3 egg whites and my oat meal, and then I said to my self, you know what I know cinnamon is really good for you, I could just tell, On a hunch I would say it also boosts metabolism, (there is no research done, just off my dietary knowledge)

So ten minutes after saying that I clicked the stumbleupon button and sure enough I stumbled this site. Thought it was kinda interesting.

The Cinnamon sold in the US is actually Cassia.

Cassia has a substance called coumarin which could be toxic.So make sure that you buy real Cinnamon and not Cassia if the next time you go shopping.
