Another great article from the BrainReady team! As you pointed out, walking is not only a great thing to do for your health, but is easy to do and readily available. Increasing your circulation with exercise is healthy for every part of your body, including your brain. Walking is also effective for keeping your weight under control and fighting insulin resistance. |

Agree with Susan! And it's amazing how few people seem to realize the benefits of just walking for exercise, and mental health. It's so easy to do (as the article points out) so really everyone should do it, especially now that the brain benefits are known (in addition to the physical benefits). I swear that I am far sharper mentally after going for a short walk outside. |

This article is very interesting, before I read this article I didnīt know the benefits of walking, and this exersice is very useful, especially when you donīt have enough time to go to the gym, you only have to take little time to walk and you can do it at the same time while yuo go to supermarket or wherever you want. |

I became a runner back in March and I will attest to the fact that not only has my emotional and physical health been vastly improved, but I have more energy and "mental stamina." If you can walk, jog or run, do it! The results are indeed amazing. |

Hey All my life I had been getting up and running since I was 13 years old with my brothers .I ran .It was what I did best and as I got faster I competed in High school and the University levels. It was not just the competition to see personal improvement it was the relaxing runs I had every morning I would spend organizing my day planning the things I had to do .I am now in my Fifties I no longer run but I walk every day and listen to brain improvement tapes and music giving me a full workout .I arrive at work with a full charge vitalized for the day.. |
