I found you through 20 something bloggers! Japan is fabulous. I'm pretty sure there's a Ninja Town somewhere in Osaka. Maybe Iga Ueno? I'm not sure exactly, but there's definitely a real house with all kinds of secret passagways, and a ninja museum too! This may be a good place to start looking for a restaurant staffed entirely by ninjas! Good luck!
