Was the problem with youtube or with this site?
PT CruiserCast does not require logging in. I tried youtube without logging in and was able to play the video.

I was told to go to your site because my car was on it and at a place where it wasn't even supposed to be! PT Bob was supposedly working on my car at his shop, not taking it to some kind of car show at the Taco Shop. When he delivered my car to me it wasn't finished and the job that was done on it was horrible. In the video he's only showing part of the work, some of which was done by a local artist in AZ. He told me he didn't have time to complete the work but had time to go to this show! I didn't give him permission to take my car and show it anywhere! He returned my car to me with the interior not finished, the doors not working, and his idea of art (which was so bad I'm going to have to pay to have it removed.) The air ride system he installed leaks terribly. The main problem, besides the "art" is the fact I took the car to him to have him fix the suicide doors and he didn't even bother with them! Of course, he's saying to bring it back to him and he'll keep working on it. I wouldn't trust my car with him again!! He takes credit for other's work and couldn't do his own work right! So why would I take it back to him!?! He shows my car on his web site like there's nothing wrong with it and even has made personal remarks about me he shouldn't have! After spending over $13,000 with him, and now having to spend it again to fix what all he messed up, why would I trust him?!!

Tricia,
I am sorry to hear about the troubles with the modifications to your car. As with any customization project, there are bound to be bumps in the road during the process.
The interview with Bob in this episode was not about your car. The question presented was "Why a PT Cruiser?" His answer is related to his view of the PT Cruiser as a canvas for the art of customizing and making a dream car for someone.
At no point in this video is he showing any part of your car or claiming responsibility for work done. Video of your car was strictly B roll footage, inserted as an example of someone's dream car in progress, which was the context of his answer to the topic in question. This is a normal part of the editorial process. In fact, at no point in this episode, or any other episode, was work on your car discussed or presented as any one person's example of craftsmanship.
Maybe now is a good time to insert a disclosure. This show is an independent production, and is not influenced or endorsed by any club, organization or business.
That being said, our relationship with California Cruisers for this episode was as a cross promotional opportunity. I presented Bob with my vision for the PT CruiserCast, and in return he provided an interview with a vision of his dream of helping people with their automotive dreams, specifically with the PT Cruiser. So I guess you could say that it was a cross promotion of each others dream.
I empathize with your emotions about the outcome of your dream concerning your PT Cruiser. You had a dream and an expectation which in your opinion has not yet been met. Unfulfilled dreams can be a difficult subject to deal with. As I understand it, other parties were also responsible for your unhappiness with the progress of your car. Why not also call them out on their work?
As the creator and producer of the PT CruiserCast, I love the concept of the theme of your PT and the direction you want to take it. I truly hope that all your dreams for your PT are resolved and that you are eventually satisfied with all work done to achieve that dream. And when your PT is completed to your satisfaction, the staff of the show and myself would like to have an opportunity to highlight your car in an episode and give you the opportunity to give credit to the craftsman and artists who helped you achieve that dream.
Regards,
Todd

Todd,
Thank you for your response. I never meant to say that Bob was talking about my car at the show, just that he had my car at a place he did not have permission to take it. I know that my anger at my situation with him clearly shows through. I have taken the other party connected with the poor modification of my car to court and won. That is why I didn't feel the need to mention that. Bob was supposed to fix some of that awful work and he didn't. Some I paid for, he didn't even try to fix and I actually got my car back in a lot worse contition that when he got it. The main thing that upset me about seeing my car on the site was that it wasn't supposed to be there. Instead, it was supposed to be being worked on. I don't know if other car owners mind that if their car is in a shop, it is just taken to car shows or on vacation trips, or whatever. If, at the time, Bob would have asked me if he could have taken it to the show, I might have told him yes. But I wasn't asked. And then he tells me that he didn't have time to finish it! He also did not give back the money I paid for things to be fixed he didn't do. But, I've learned a valueable lesson. Don't trust the smooth talkers!
Regards,
Tricia
