Who could possibly know? We've got all these ag states and ag businesses that really want to trade with Cuba. What if Raul instituted some meaningless 'democratic reforms' to make Americans feel good? Would the next step be full diplomatic relations?
I'd love to see the old bastard die while Bush is still in office and Jeb is still gov of FL. Those hot-blooded Cubans might go for it.
