Cob Pile

Deliberate cruelty to animals is just about the only thing that gets my bp rocketing. I can understand "ignorance"(Keion) but deliberate gets me into a payback mood.

Thx for pissing me off.

I wouldn't have a problem if a deliberate animal abuser's neighbors taught him a lesson. Thats how it should be with 'high BP' offenses that don't rise to the level of crime.

Maybe if it was the jerk's first offense, he should have been heavily fined and prohibited from owning animals for a length of time, say for life. Well perhaps he can be allowed to own a goldfish or pet spider. No mammals.

Serial killers often start their career by practicing torturing animals.

Not saying he is a potential serial killer, just stating another fact.

While I detest government intervention in our lives, it's kinda hard to argue against it in this example.

He should be tied to a stake, keeping his food and water beyond his reach. See how he likes it then.

We actually agree on what to do about this nasty cat, Jeffro. Our Constitution, however, prevents the government from doing it right (by staking him out, for example). Thats why the right to teach these cats a lesson they won't forget is one that ought to be (and actually is, the way I read the Constitution) reserved to the people.

We have a responsibility to kick our neighbor's asses when they've got it coming. Fear of arrest or civil suit shouldn't make us depend on the government to shoulder what is rightly our own responsibility.

Oh, I agree completely. But in a society where people look to score a big settlement when hot coffee spills in their lap, beating the tar out of this miscreant seems ill advised.

Still, if it were my neighbor and I knew he treated his dog like that, I'd have done something. I could get sued til the cows come home and it wouldn't matter. Blood from a turnip and all.

As long as we are wishing, we might as well wish for the moon, Jeffro. I wish lawyers would toss these bums out of their offices.

When I took the oath to get my law license, some cat gave a speech about how we were getting the "keys to the courthouse". I took that to mean that I had a doorkeeper's trust to keep out the plaintiffs that didn't properly belong in court.

Many of my colleagues seem to have heard the speaker tell them they now had the keys to "get into the courthouse" with whatever goofy theory of liability as would generate fees.

The term of art for our position as turnips is: judgment proof.

Love. Can you hold it in your hand?
I can hold my dogs in my hand.
They are pure bread American Pit Bull Terrier.
The breed is very smart, strong and loving.

Love.
Does that mean that you love unconditionally.
Can I say "I love the way I see your grandpa Swartz in your eyes to your Jewish grandson
wile being in front of Nazi guards looking for Jews to exterminate and throw in jail?
I love my Jew.
I love my American Pit Bull Terrier.
Hear me scream.
Here me Thomas Jefferson!
Here me god!
Here me you people on the "left" trying to take away my rights.
Here me people on the "right" trying to take away my rights.

The rights that are the most important are the ones you don't believe in.

Punish the deed, not the breed.

Any one remember Our Gang.
The Little Rascals?
The dog Pete was a match dog.
He was an APBT.
Did you ever see him act mean toward the kids?
Were they scared, or did they love the dog Pete with his big black circle around one eye?

My dogs have been on TV to promote kids to be good people.
It was a 3 minute Character Education Program that ran on many cable channels.
We should have made one for the "adults",
I think they needed it more.
They wanted to pay me for the use of them, but I said no.
Its my duty to help make the APBT more respected and loved.
It helped!

Our girl Addy is helping mentally disabled children at a school in San Francisco.
The parents and kids love their Addy.

Come and kill her.
Come and take Addy away from the children in the Bay Area.
She is Vicious!
She is a pure bread American Pit Bull Terrier.
Thousand of family members killed off in Denver!

a guy trying to keep the SS away

Somebody stepping on your dog rights, Tom? I wouldn't want to live in a town that told its inhabitants what kind of dogs were acceptable.

Heck, I guess I really don't like living in any town. They all have more rules than I care to live by.

Hasenfeffer, anyone?

Ha Ha Ha!!!!!!!

Hasenfeffer, anyone?

I had to look that up.

You are a sick crazy asshole who needs to be "put out of your misery." I think a dog has more of a soul than some hayseed redneck. Listen trash, get off your ass, leave the farm, get an education and come to the city where I can kick your ass.

I can't understand what you don't like about this post, Mr. Chicago. (Closer to Elmhurst, your IP says, via SiteMeter, which also tells me that you arrived at the Plains Feeder doing a Google Images search using the key words "dead dog")

Send me your address in the big city, C. I'll be right over to show you my university degrees, then let you have a go at kicking my ass. I'd like that, and I guarantee that you wouldn't.
