I am the opposite> I have trouble calming my mind down, quit thinking about things so I can finally go to sleep.
I am sorry I have no tips for you but if you try that, let us know if it works.

Interesting ideas.
I wanted to let you know that I am having a book giveaway. To enter all you need to do is post ten struggles you face as a Christian woman and also your age. I am trying to survey as many women as possible for research for a book I want to write. If you have a few minutes, come check out my blog. Thanks and God bless.

I had heard that magnesium helped with sleep, though I haven't tried it. The last time I went to Sam's Club (a warehouse food buying club here in CT) I noticed that they were selling it.
When I can't sleep I intercede for whoever God brings to mind. The devil hates that and before you know it I am in a sweet sleep. Plus I have stood beside others in believing God, which is always sure to bring joy, peace and good sleep.
blessings over you sleep!

I lay in bed, close my eyes, and start visualizing my toe muscles being totally relaxed, like I can't even move them, like they're dead. Then I move up to my ankles and do the same, then my calves, and so on... I can't remember ever getting past my chest/upper back.

My sis take calcium-magnesium vitamins and she really really sleeps so well! My hubby now is taking Chamomile Tea and he said he makes him relaxed and ready to sleep
