Judy, I think you're right about Ford...shows how much I know ;0) Actually Reagan was elected when I was in 7th grade..THAT is the one I remember...I think Ford was the first President I was a AWARE of ;0)

You mentioned Memory Keepers Daughter in your book list on my comments - I read that last year - quite an interesting book! I read it initially because of its allusions to Down Syndrome (my nephew is a Down Syndrome child), but the story itself was so much more than that. Very interesting. I just wish that the next book Oprah decides to pick (if she decides to pick another book) be something POSITIVE and HAPPY. Please. I'm begging her.

Oh man, I'm so sorry you went through all of that last year. I'm glad it is behind you, though.

Our lives are quite parallel...I felt like all that stuff you were writing could have been me, minus the abnormal cell stuff (I had that 10 years ago).

I'm giggling at your Gerald Ford comment - wasn't he appointed President after Nixon's impeachment? I didn't think he actually won an election as President...just VP. Or, do I have it wrong?

I got that camera last year. It's awesome. Now I need to take a class so I can take it to its potential.
