There's a party in the cupboard

Gravatar AWWW! THX!

It's possible, though, that the "black and white" thing may not be part of the actual quote, and instead may be part of Becky's interpretation of it. I can't remember exactly. But you're still the biggest sweetheart on the block.

twin

Gravatar Okay, so I went on an internet-combing mission in an attempt to find your quote. I discovered several sites where you could enter keywords, and they would supposedly come up with relevant famous quotations. I entered "black and white", and "black", and "white", and "Danielle's hand".
A few jewels (if that's the right word):

I'm sick and tired of black and white people of good intent giving aspirin to a society that is dying of a cancerous disease.
-Ralph Abernathy (1926 - 1990) US religious and civil rights leader

My fondest hope is that "Roots" may start black, white, brown, red, yellow people digging back for their own roots. Man, that would make me feel 90 feet tall.
Alex Haley (1921 - 1992) US novelist, journalist

If but a few live coals are found in a mountain of ashes, no one should be disappointed. Genius is a rare quality in this world, and there is no reason why it should be more ubiquitous among Blacks than Whites.
-Wallace Thurman (1902 - 1934) US journalist, dramatist, literary editor

WHITE, adj. and n. Black.
-Ambrose Bierce (1842 - 1914) US journalist, short-story writer

Hmm. For some reason, I still don't think I've found it.
