Danielle, WHY didn't you pay your phone bill? For three months? Now there's nothing but a recording mentioning some sort of mysterious "trouble", and i can't reach you! Not that I could anyway. But I'm feeling neglected. I wanna rap with you, before I see your jib in real-life. But now you make me want to croak you with a shiv. So you better hand over your scratch and gangster before those jaspers georgia you.
I've been reading too much Pimp.

Note to Tom, although I'm not really sure who you are:
GATE just means Gifted And Talented Education. You had to take some sort of aptitude test in conguence with your grade level to qualify-- Danielle and I took ours in kindergarten. I guess we were gifted and talented kindergarteners.
Our elementary school was basically an honors program for children; but no worries, TASP is definitely more impressive.

1) Did you really write a paper on romance novel sex scenes? You should post it, or at least offer it to anyone who will give you a mountain bike tire or take care of your veneral-disease-infested pussycat.
2) The post on people you remember from elementary school and junior high was really great, and I don't even know those people. I think most bloggers are self-obsessed enough not to need any encouraging feedback in the comments, but I've always thought that you genuinely err toward the too-hard-on-yourself side of the self-image spectrum, so I figure some honest positive feedback can't hurt. But if I've misjudged you and telling you that I thought that post was well-written and evocative of memories of all sorts of nasty but universal primary school emotions has further swollen your already-bloated sense of self and made you an intolerable egomaniac then I apologize to those who have to put up with you. Especially your poor cat, who seems to have already led such a tough life. But like I said, I can't imagine that's the case.
3) If I'd had to play a boy dressed as a soccer-playing girl in a film called "Ladybugs" as a teenager, I think I might have come out of it with some serious problems too.
4) What was the GATE program? I figure it must be some kind of hippie school, because apparently that's what they do in California, but then I've never actually been there. Anyway, which was better, the GATE program or the TASP program?
5) Sorry for the long post, I have a midterm in a few hours and I'm a little saliberated. Speaking of, do you remember what "saliberated" means, because I think it has to be the best TASPism and personally use it all the time regardless of whether the person I'm talking to could possibly know its meaning or not. I think that's how words get started though, so it's all good.
