That waking up in the middle of things moment is weird; it gives me the fantods to be reminded that I exist, and then that realization gives me further fantods. At least if I think I know what you're talking about. If you're literally waking up from a sleep while serving people, that probably does require medical attention.

Isn't sleeping all the time and "waking up" during activities a sign you should maybe see a doctor? Or a team of doctors?
