sheet happens... and you make sense of stuff I hardly ever thing about anymore, telling myself I feel it all instinctively so intellectual understanding is no longer necessary (and if that's a cop out, I'm enjoying it 
someday, when I have a printer, I intend to print out all of your entries and make a neat book of them for myself so I can sit reading somewhere and look intellectual... people will notice the cool pictures and skim the words and say, "you understand all that" and I'll say, sure, it's intuitive, we are one with everything and therefore everything is in us, but I'm lucky enough to have a friend who can explain it in words

What's more being intelligent by proxy allows me to even contradict myself. There are some things I know (or think I know).
There are somethings are theory I agree with, which may turn out to be false.
And there are some theories I disagree with, may turn out to be true.
But one thing is for sure not everything is black and white. Somethings can be apple & microsoft. Somethings do not work on both. And somethings work on neither.

Indeed Man is Spirit & Matter
Spirit (our higher selves) should control matter and not viceversa.
Man is the string in the middle who can become too base and attached to matter, forget his spirit and perish with matter, or he can become spirit attached to matter (at the sinews) and elevate matter.
To become too much spirit in earthly life is to become a little coocoo.
Balance in everything.
When you achieve perfect balance and harmony or supersymmetry of the body and soul, you are neither detached from the body, nor afraid of the inevitable decay and death of said body. When you have lost the spirit or the will to live, you have given up on the body and the spirit.

But bacically if you think cricket:
If I gently toss a cricket ball at you you'll catch it in the palm of your hand, but if a fast bowler throws it at you with spin, you best be wearing a glove. Same cricket ball, the only thing that changes and makes it lethal if ir hits you on the head acceleration (and speed).
So the same 'mass' (the same earth gravity pulling the ball to the ground) but the ball acquires its own gravity (force) thru acceleration, that is what makes the impact from the ball harder the faster the ball travels. It is said the ball acquired weight with acceleration.
PS - Same with a horse. If a horse walks up to you it can knock you over, but if it comes at you at 30mph you better get out of the way or it will steam roller you ... lol!
Ok, well that does make sense. But here's something I don't understand. Which may not be related at all. What about a baseball... if it is thrown at a high velocity and the batter hits it why does it go further than if tossed lightly? Even though the bat is traveling at the same speed? Shoulnt it be harder to hit further, since it arrives traveling in the opposite direction with a greater mass than a lightly thrown ball?
Or am I just totally lost when it comes to physics? lol

Hi sandy forget the batter for a minute. Every action has a reaction.
If you toss the baseball ball or tennis ball at a static wall, it will bounce and fall tothe ground. If you toss it really hard it will fly back. The bat just adds to the momentum.
Of course if you throw a ripe apple or small melon, they probably won't bounce off the bat, they'll just turn to mush.
And if you throw a cricket ball or lead ball at it, they'll probably break the baseball bat. Size and mass of the ball come into it.

Hi Sandy, I'm glad that makes sense. lol! Some people spend their life pissing into the wind, and then wondering why they get splashed.
It took me a while to figure it out. Some people doesn't matter how you tell them, they still can't see that goes round comes round. And if you play with fire you'll get burned. Even highly trained firemen sometimes get caught by the fumes or the flames.

If you are asking me if there are perfect 'soul partners' the answer is yes, but they may not always turn out top be who you want them to be.
ie: they may not always happen to be your lover or the father of your children - remember women married more than once are still searching for theirs, and in some cases may got back to the original love. But the Spirit is above the flesh, your perfect soul partnermay appear as a colleague, a relative, a cousin, a 'friend' --- and not necessarily the one you are sleeping with. Remember everone has to say good bye at least once, some goodbyes are permanent, some are au revoir...!
