i love it when mathematics explain stuff (love it even more when we find out even our fundamental laws of math and physics are not certain
the unknown is the funnest place of all
except maybe for love, love can be the most funnest place, especially with hot fudge and whipped cream
sex isn't too bad elther...

New York City is a good example of invisible dark matter. The thing that robs you is invisible but on the dark side.

I am very very happy that I managed to find time for reading this deeply interesting article. The busy violent environment compared to our urban life and the people getting older than average in places where it is less crowded and better space for living ... once again You have put space down to earth and stars into humans. Excellent work ... I am amazed and humble. Hugs!

lol Candoor,
so much out there to be viewed
so much out there to be enjoyed
Seems the only thing we are ever really short of,
is the time to enjoy and view it all.

in the night, the dark side is darker

Hi Elle,
and you never fail to thrill
oh to tango thru the long night
under the bright white moonlight
So have you been affected by all this rain over your way?

So urban galaxies are more subject to violence than their rural counterparts. What a fascinating parallel, Quasar.
You always make me think "bigger." Thank you.

Chief Science Officer's log :
"We have encountered most unusual phenomena. After passing through a wormhole we found ourselves in a Cold Spot of the universe. Carthography doesn't observe any stars or planets whatsoever. Sensors indicate great pools of dark matter all around us."

The dark matter map was constructed by measuring the distorted shapes of over 60,000 faraway galaxies.
Only 60,000?
Yes, we are so very tiiiiiiiny...
