Hi Rachel. The Kids are growing up in a world ful of technology, They learner the computer when they start school , and have all these electronic games , I know all my Grandkids have Nintendo Ds, Wii, and some have Xbox... games to play on the own tv just for games.. We played Hopscotch out side in the fresh air with our mates and made our own fun..
@Jen: Kids are so lucky today because of advance technology in the palm of their hands. I would love to have one of those Wii games.

Ciao Rach!
I've never been a fun of video games but you are right, technology is impressive :)
How is you li'l man eye now? Hope he is feeling better.
Our rental agency said they did not know about the installation, BUT that I did the right thing letting the men in coz they work for the constructor of the condo. So what? Why they did not say they where coming?? :( I still think it's not a good thing and next time I won't let them in! :(
Thank you for your visit, you always put a smile on my face!
Got to go, still have to buy Zeno's bday present. Hugs!!!!
@Kia: Yohan is doing much better now. The redness in his eye has subsided. My husband and I will bring him back to the doctor on Monday for another check up. Thanks for your concern.
Yes, they should have made arrangements first before going to your house. I hope next time they will be able to fix the schedule.
Enjoy your shopping.

The 2-D games we enjoyed when we were young look pathetic next to the ones kids these days enjoy. Just recently, I saw my nephew grooming his very real-looking pet dog in his Nintendo DS and I couldn't help but remember the good old tamagotchi I had wanted so much in grade school, and how that virtual pets of those days only looked like smileys or pacmans.
I remember when I was young my brothers and I first had an Atari game console, and then the Family Computer (where we played Super Mario, Donkey Kong, Galaxians and Battle City) the Game n' Watch, the brick game, the GameBoy, the Sega Mega Drive and then when I was in high school, the Play Station 1. Now, I have no idea what other new technology has come out.
@Kat: I could relate with what you shared. I remember going to my cousin's house to play Atari. My brother and I had several Game Watches back then. My favorite was Popeye and Octopus. :) Then game the bulky Game Boy. I noticed how the Game Boy changed through the years. Thanks for sharing all that. It brought back happy memories.
