There is an old public speaking trick where you picture the audience in their underwear. Don't do that. It is considered sexual harrassment in today's workplace and they will nail you for it

Dear lord...you just reminded me that I had a dream the other night about working at Red Lobster, and it totally stressed me out. Dude, I haven't worked there in nearly 4 years. What's up with that nonsense?
Oh, and I dream about doing my laundry all the time. Maybe I should just effin' do my laundry for real and open up my dream time to something more...erm...interesting?
