I agree with that. CNN was the first network that surreptitiously acted as the "voice of the US military" during the Persian Gulf war, in order to mislead the enemy. It never stopped being the voice of the government.

Faux news, on the other hand, is the Voice of the Neocons, which are the downright scariest quasi-Nazi faction of America. If CNN is Tass, then Fox is Joseph Goebbels.
