It would be poetic justice if the women with this mutation who get breast cancer, or their survivors, would turn around and sue Myriad. The reason? "The gene you own gave me Cancer!"

To paraphrase:

"We believe there is something fundamentally wrong if ... someone is exploring the limits of what is acceptable legally and ethically."

Cancer treatment should be free regardless of whoever the patient is.

Here in India after I have operated I find the chemotherapy to be so steeply priced that many poor patients either prefer a slow death or just sink in penury.
A world wide fund to subsidise all chemotherapy for everyone should be instituted.
Any ideas?
