Do Sirtuins tie into this stress response mechanism?

as far as i can tell there isn't any direct connection. looks like SIRT2 is a histone deacetylase meaning that it would affect the wrapping of DNA around histones and possibly affect transcription. these mechanisms i'm talking about are at the translational level and i'm not sure its the same type of cellular stress that they respond to.
yeah. it's different. SIRT2 is oxidative stress, which has to do with metabolism and energy levels. eIF2alpha kinases have to do with ER and iron level stresses which I guess require a separate response.

Please, answer my question.
I remember learning that two different species can actually start a fetus; but that it could never go full term because the number of chromosomes for each species is different.
So my question is this.
There is a certain type of mutjack deer that has the same number of cromosomes as humans. Could a human egg and a muntjack deer sperm (or vise vera) theoretically produce viable offspring?
