Actually this alleged attack happened in Saint Cloud. The other alleged attack that happened in Kenwood but didn't was unfounded because the girl confessed to making it up.
Yes, Margaret, there may be a logical explanation why the victim didn't have more details, but when details are that sparse, like in the Kenwood case, it tells me to proceed with caution and wait until more details come out before drawing conclusions.
I imagine that was a harrowing experience for the victim, so maybe she was only able to focus on one aspect of the suspect.
Let's see how this one plays out.
Reports such as these always have to be taken seriously, even if they later turn out to be false. (Not that this one is) Police don't want to discourage future reporting.
