Saint Paul Campus. That'd be Mayor *ahem* Coleman's quagmire. Technically, it'd be whomever's mayor of Falcon Heights, I guess. Or President Bruininks', since the U has their own police force.

The "Quagmire" closing referred to part 2 of the post, but the University has become kind of a Quagmire unto itself as well. Sorry for any confusion!

In addition to this bulletin for our sector of the 4th precinct we were also lit dropped with a flyer saying that 8 burglaries had happened recently in our area (my neighbor was one of them). The creepyist thing about the flyer was that they said the modus operandi of these burglars was to break windows and cut screens. Short of putting bars on all your windows (making yourself a prisoner) what are you supposed to do? Next they'll be cutting through walls to get in.

Here's the Hennepin County 10 Most Wanted:
http://www.co.hennepin.mn.us/
vgn...0579301,00.html
Though a few of these thugs appear to be homegrown Americans here to expand the drug market or other evil, the majority of them seem to be either refugees or their descendants/relation. Compare their prevalence here to the percentage of overall population in the county of their respective ethnic group. This is a stunning illumination on the tragic toll the refugee industry has taken on this region.
If you're looking for suspect descriptions, you've got them.

many people i know blame the increases in crime in both cities to how we have imported so many recent african immigrants. they have a hard time assimilating into a state like MN.
one of my friends works in health care and claims that they are always getting fired because of abuse and mean treatment to patients.
also another friend witnessed a daylight purse snatching about a year ago in a store in blaine and the suspects were supposedly from a country in africa.

If the victims can't be more specific in their descriptions than just providing the gender, who knows if they are even right about that? Be on the lookout for two males. It's almost funny at this point - almost.
"Be on the lookout for two humanoids of indeterminate gender, race, or distinguishing characteristics."
