Well, the italia-jin will be most upset with you for dissing roppongi. Tokyo clubbing gets better than roppongi but if you are spending some more time in Japan than a short holiday, going here after a while can be a lot of fun. See the decadence of your peers that also ended up here and the Japanese who love them.
Fuji-san. There are different ways of climbing her. Martin and Luca hiked it snowcovered (and hung over). While they did it out of season and against the advice of pretty much every official Japanese entity they probably had a far more beautiful climb then we did. Watching sunrise over Japan from the top of Fuji-san though . . . nice.
Make sure your fellow climbers bring enough cold weather gear. I had significantly colder legs for borrowing my wind/water tight leggings to someone else.
Also, don't pick up girls on Fuji-san. You need your sleep!!
Besides, app. I am not allowed to pick up girls in Japan anyway.
There are many more beautiful mountains than Fuji, but there is something to her.
As long as we're going on about mountains: Japan is one big mountain ridge. But there's some prize ones in Hokkaido, Niigata-ken and the Japanese Alps. Many many others are also available.

Yeah, the best way to club in Roppongi is probably to do it ironically.
Then again, I tend to think that of all forms of clubbing.

"...En plus des petites cages, il est plus triste que divertissant de regarder des ours polaires et autres animaux"
That's why I don't like zoos.
By the way, nice blog..
