I just received a form-letter from my congress-critter, replying to an offer for help with insights into some highly technical areas I just happen to be an expert in. (He actually solicited "help" in the open letter I'd been responding to.)
From the content of the letter he or his minion chose to send, my best guess is that nobody bothered to even read my missive, or it might have been automatically sent by a robot auto-reply system that picked up a key word or two. Just about what I've come to expect from this guy. I sent another reply expressing my "disappointment."
