This is just ridiculous! This incident proves the corporate owned media wants to decide the election by focusing on corporate owned candidates! Kucinich seems to be the only one who knows the constitution and understands the people, which causes him to be censored by the "liberal" media. I'm beginning to lose hope for this country...
Then so much for the three putzes that didn't stand up for another candidate that couldn't possibly harm them- except by exposing their new clothes... Kucinich as write-in in November!

So the courts hold that the FCC, which seemingly is only responsible for 3 channels, rules here, and the FCC said the rules don't apply because this is one of the 397 channels that isn't in the full 400 spectrum, meaning it only regulates 3 channels..? .. Much like the Corporate Media "choosing" who's viable and only giving face time to them, the FCC/Courts engage in a catch-22 to stay out of it and let the Corporations fuck over the public. ... and on OUR DIME.. nice.
I don't get how this went from "NBC" to "MSNBC" either.. it was reported as being an NBC debate before.. I guess, when the parent is the broadcasting company, they just fudge the paperwork and move it to a subsidiary, like how wal-mart pays its self rent to a subsidiary and avoids billions a year in taxes..
When you remove all peaceful means for change, the remaining options are obvious.

Given the writer's strike, I guess it's pretty easy for me to say that I won't be watching anything on NBC in the near future. However, I'm curious as to how Keith Olberman might respond to this on *MS-NBC*.
Keith's no shill, so I'm serious when I wonder what _his_ take on this might be, or if he'll even have one.
In the meantime, this incident truly is just another bleak statement regarding the political abuse of perceived power. The whole thing is such a sham now and nothing more than a masquerade: the only questions remaining are who will be wearing the masques come time for the ball.

I'm not particularly bothered about Kucinich himself, but I am bothered by what appears to be NBC marginalizing a candidate, ANY candidate.
I doubt I'm alone in being sick of the mainstream media acting like it's up to them which presidential candidate's opinions are okay for the public to hear... and which aren't.

NBC obviously don't want the public to see all sides. So, fuck NBC.
Why would anyone want to watch a debate between 3 people who are scared to make real change (the kind of change that the "intellectual elite" assassinate people for!!)
Now that we know that the MSM is tampering with the election process, what can be done to stop them? I believe that it just might be time to excersize our 2nd Amendment rights (before they take those away too) and take back the country. The founders of this country would INSIST upon it!

Since Kucnich is not going to get enough votes to matter in his run for president I think he should just drop out.
If he is such an advocate I think his best bet would be to go into another form of communication. He could get more done as an advocate of the Democrats. If he was in the debate MSNBC could just let him stand there and not even call on him and that would make him look stupid.
If he has all these good skills to get a presidential campaign organization, I am sure this man could get enough of a campaign to inform the public of what he is trying to tell them. Maybe then, at the next election he will have more of a following.
By the way, the person that said they were allowed to comment. Yes this site is good for letting you speak your piece. Unlike one that blocks any comment you make asking questions about Obama. It seems like none of them want you to ask a question. All they want you to do is praise him.
Edwards doesn't get a chance, they do let you post stuff about what good he is doing but the hate toward Hillary with lies etc is worst than you have ever seen the repubicans post.
But it is all Obama all the time. And no one message about what he would do if he was president. Or any of the attacks he has made and any of the critical votes he misses.

This is further evidence that all the supreme courts in the US are corrupt beyond belief. If corporations don't like a decision, just appeal up to the top, because the top of the judicial pyramid is entirely bribed/blackmailed.
