If we had some adults that could teach these young (children?) gang bangers that chances are they'll be shot before they ever learn to aim if they want to play the fool, then maybe there wouldn't be this mess. Where has all the discipline gone? Oh, that's right. It left when the government decided it was better for a black woman NOT to have a husband so the government could take of them. I believe they are starting to what a big mistake that was, the only problem being--what do they do now? Pray. Then try to make it on your own. Then pray some more. 
how ironic considering how many "youths" in the inner city steal and kill one another in drive by shootings.....good work Rose!
