OMG! Hi Tom! How are you, dear? I am well. When this first started out, they were not so silent about their intentions to make this a muslim monument, because they FELT that they should remember everyone. Can you imagine, if after WWII, we had statues of Adolf Hitler and Michinomiya Hirohito? This is absurd.

Hi Rosemary, I hope you're well! Apologies that it's been so long since I've been over here.

I've read a bit about the controversy over the Flight 93 memorial. At first I was inclined to think it was conspiracy-mongering, but then I read about it on a few trustworthy sites and am not so sure anymore. There may well be something to this. At any rate it bears more investigation.
