Yes, they are. We do have an opportunity to see them everyday, however. Next time you get the opportunity, visit your local police station. For a pittance, they try to keep the wall high between the criminals and the citizens. You could also walk into the nearest hospital. They try to keep illness at bay, and they expose them to things we never hear about.

Yes, these are men and women that I thank as well. You know what? These are also the men and women that answer the call to duty! Yup, they are part of the National Guard. WOW!

Wow, what an amazing person. These military heroes are rare types of people that I think you just don't see in every day life. I'm so glad he was decorated for his courage!
