I just don't know what to say about Sudan. It could be we are just stretched too thin elsewhere. Or, maybe we got our nose bloodied in Somalia? There is NATO but we can't get them to add more troops to the present commitments.

In response to a comment on my post, Jimmy's Pals, I added a retrospective on Zimbabwe. Perhaps things haven't changed since then.
